PLEASE NOTE It has been brought to our attention that attendees of this conference have been approached by US group wholesalers, offering reduced group rates for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Please do not book your accommodation through them. They charge very high cancellation and change fees, and the rooms they book do not count toward the group rate, which means that the CRS could be liable to the hotel for attrition charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1 night's non–refundable deposit required at time of booking. 72-hour cancellation prior to arrival full room and tax non-refundable.

The hotel expects to sell out that weekend, so please consider booking early.

Reservations can be made online or by calling the in-house Reservations Department at 1-800-606-8244. Callers should identify themselves as being with the Canadian Retina Society 2017 Meeting or mention group code 0617CANA_005 in order to receive the group rates.

The rates above are for single/double occupancy and do not include taxes. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30 per night. There is no charge for children up to the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) people.
