Air Travel

Air Canada is the Official Canadian Airline for this event, offering special discounts to delegates attending the 2015 CRS Meeting for travel to Vancouver between February 19 and March 8, 2015. The promotion code JY6NZX31 has to be entered during the booking. If it is not entered or entered incorrectly, the discounts will not be applied to the booking. Only bookings made to Vancouver and returning to the original departure airport without additional layover are eligible for the discount. Ticketing agencies/airlines must record the code on the delegate's ticket.

Airport shuttle

Whistler Connection is offering discounted group rates ($56 adults; $46 child, each way, plus 5% tax) for the shuttle from the Vancouver International Airport and from downtown Vancouver to Whistler. Advance reservations are recommended.

  • flight information
