It has been brought to our attention that attendees of this conference have been approached by US group wholesalers, offering reduced group rates for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Please do not book your accommodation through them. They charge very high cancellation and change fees, and the rooms they book do not count toward the group rate, which means that the CRS could be liable to the hotel for attrition charges. |

The rates above are for single/double occupancy and do not include taxes. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30 per night. There is no charge for children up to the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) people.
