Description
The Symposium on Keratoconus and Ectasia provides an opportunity for the general ophthalmologist to actively engage in a discussion of current issues in the diagnosis and management of keratoconus and ectasia. The discussion topics encourage reflection on clinical knowledge of corneal conditions, and on the ophthalmologist�s role as a communicator.

Objectives
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • integrate knowledge from new surgical techniques in keratoconus
  • demonstrate enhanced ability to manage challenging keratoconus cases
  • compare different approaches to the management of keratoconus
