On behalf of the Canadian Retina Society and the Canadian Ophthalmological Society, we would like to invite you to the 5th Annual Canadian Retina Society Meeting to be held in Whistler, British Columbia from March 2 to 4th, 2017. This is our annual opportunity to come together to learn from one another and to socialize as the largest gathering of Canadian retina specialists. This year also marks the celebration of the 5th year anniversary of the CRS Annual Meeting.

The meeting for 2017 will have an excellent balance of both medical and surgical topics and features renowned guest speakers from the United States and Canada. This year's schedule will allow you to optimize both your learning and adventure experiences - all in the spectacular setting of North America's finest mountain resort.
